Registration must be done only through the electronic form that you will find on this website. Please fill out the requested fields and you will receive a message confirming your pre-registration.
Your registration will not be confirmed until we receive your payment before the end of the period indicated for each rate.
The end of the registration period will be SEPTEMBER 30th (included). All those who wish to register on a later date must do so directly at the Congress venue.
INVOICING: Please note that if you need an invoice and the data is different from your personal data, you must fill out correctly the “tax information” fields in the registration form. NO invoices will be modified afterwards.
All cancellations or changes of name must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretary of the congress by e-mail: congresosepes@meetandforum.com
Until 10/07/2023. Cancellations received before that date will be entitled to a 100% refund. 35,00 Euro of management expenses will be applied.
Cancellations received after this date (11/07/2023) Non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
The reimbursement of cancelled services, if applicable, will be made once the congress ends.
