Letters of Invitation to the congress
Attendees who need a Letter of Invitation for their visa application or other administrative purposes may send a request to congresosepes@meetandforum.com.
In order for us to issue it, you must send us your visa letter request along with the following documentation:
- Copy of your passport*.
- Planned date of entry into the country / Planned date of departure from the country
- Address of the hotel booked (Attach reservation)
- Congress ID number (Invitations will only be accepted and processed in the case of paid registrations)
- Country and current residence address
(*) You must be in possession of a valid passport to enter Spain. Your passport must be valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of entry into Spain.
Languages
Invitation letters will be issued in English and Spanish.
Deadline
The deadline for submission of applications is July 31st, 2024. No letters will be processed after this date.
Important
The preparation of the letter of invitation is free of charge for the congress attendees.
The costs related to the elaboration and processing of the visa must be paid and contracted directly with the embassies, consulates, or specialized agencies. SEPES does not offer the service of coordination with embassies and consulates, it only offers the service of elaboration of the invitation letter to the congress.
SEPES reserves the right to refuse admission to the congress if false applications are detected. Authorities will be informed of such requests.
Invitation letters will be signed by the technical secretariat of the event, not by the board of directors or committee members.
The processing of the invitation letter will only be done via email and on an individual basis, in no case will group invitation letters be offered.
The letter will only be sent in PDF format. In case of modification of the original document SEPES reserves the right to inform the authorities.
List of countries requiring visas for entry into Spain
The citizens of the following countries need a visa to travel to Spain. Visas shall be applied for at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation:
