Registration must be done only through the electronic form that you will find on this website. Please fill out the requested fields and you will receive a message confirming your pre-registration.
Your registration will not be confirmed until we receive your payment before the end of the period indicated for each rate.
The end of the registration period will be SEPTEMBER 30th (included). All those who wish to register on a later date must do so directly at the Congress venue.
INVOICING: Please note that if you need an invoice and the data is different from your personal data, you must fill out correctly the “tax information” fields in the registration form. NO invoices will be modified afterwards.
MEET & FORUM Congresses will invoice the inscriptions with 21% VAT included in accordance with the current VAT regulations.
You can claim any change in the invoice of the congress unti 20/11/2023. After that date, no changes will be made to the invoices.

Any changes to the congress invoice can be requested until 20/11/2024. After this date, no changes will be made to the invoices.
