The treatment of the atrophic posterior maxilla has always been a reason for the use of numerous restoration techniques due to the great lack of bone in the area.

The use of Zygomatic implants is one of them and we will demonstrate that many of the problems attributed to the fabrication of the prosthesis and the emergence of the implants are not such with a correct diagnosis and planning.

Through several cases, we will be debunking different myths that are attributed to the prosthesis on Zygomatic implants.
