All-on-X and cutting the bone off is not the ideal approach for all the patients in need of a full arch rehabilitation. A personalized, AI driven treatment plan will be presented to precisely execute digital planning, implant placement and immediate loading, reconfiguring the bone and soft tissue interface to house an FP1 Prosthesis. Dynamic Navigation leads guided surgery and immediate loading to the highest level of accuracy, reliability, and predictability, for the treatment of complex scenarios as total edentulous and terminal dentition patients. New algorithms enhance the decision making and the accurate execution of a personalised prosthetically and soft tissue driven implant positioning, making more predictable in the daily basis the immediate delivery of digitally designed FP1 prosthesis emulating the natural dentition without any pink supportive interface. A novel digital pathway to plan and guide the bone and soft tissue sculpting will be presented to facilitate the reset of the tissue architecture and achieve a scalloped interface. A step by step dissertation of all the aspects starting from digital planning, navigation guided surgical execution, immediate loading, full arch digital impression up to the zirconia and titanium based prostheses will characterize the overall lecture.
Learning Objectives:
1) Understanding clinical advantages and indications of digitally driven FP1 full arch vs All-on-X
2) Increase confidence on FP1 navigation guided implant placement with immediate loading
3) Mastering the bone and soft tissue to achieve a scalloped interface for pink free full arch FP1 prostheses
4) Understanding the clinical advantages and drawbacks of different digital technologies for full arch implant impression
5) increase knowledge on the clinical application of different definitive prosthetic materials for FP1 vs All-on-X prostheses
