Workshop: Management of complex cases in the anterior sector with immediate implants
In this workshop, we will analyze the current possible indications for immediate implants, not in cases of preserved sockets from a bone and soft tissue perspective, but rather we will focus on those with associated bone and soft tissue defects. We will demonstrate protocols for soft tissue management, connective tissue grafts, and bone regeneration through the socket, and evaluate the indications and limits of flapless surgery.
